ICE-Trade ® Conveyor Belt Winders
The ICE-Trade Belt Winders for rubber belting are designed according the specifications of the customer.
The possible features for the Belt Winders for rubber belts :
- Safety Chucks, Brass Bearing Support or Roller Support for the winding axle
- Winding Axle, a square axle or round axle with torque arm for wooden cable cores
- Movable A-frame for different winding axle lengths (only for inside use & limited weight)
- Winding speed is variable (standard)
- Fixed or adjustable input roller with adjustable guide disks ensuring neath winding of the belt
- Winder for outside use with lifting eyes, rectangular beams for the forks of the truck, lacing eyes & IP66 enclosure of the engine
- Winder for outside use with Hardox skids
- Winder build on a trailer
- Frame out of 2 parts : drive part and carrying part
- Operation by handheld, foot pedal, distance control or synchronized with other machines
- Drive : electric, hydraulic, external diesel / hydraulic agregate, hydraulic by the PTO of a truck
- Powder coated in a RAL color as requested or hot dip galvanized
