With a proper cut, under 90°, the cleat cutting machine safes much time. The ITCCM features an adjustable stopper, so all cleats, to be cut, will have the same length. For each type of cleat a ‘form’ is made out of stainless steel, which makes that the cut is indeed 90°.

The Cleat Cutting Machine cuts cleats up to T-120. For bigger cleats a ‘guillotine’ cutter is available: the ITGC.

works by hydraulics, with 2 hand operation and cuts cleats and other rubber / PU products till 500 mm wide and 230 mm high. Multiple smaller cleats can be cut in one go.
