The ICE-Trade Belt Winders for the PVC-PU belting are designed according the specifications of the customer.
The possible features for the Belt Winders :
- Safety Chucks or Brass Bearing Support for the winding axle
- Winding Axle, a square axle or an expandable shaft
- Movable A-frame for different winding axle lengths
- Winding speed is variable (standard)
- Adjustable stainless steel input rollers ensuring neath winding of the belt
- Side shift for lining-out with a slitter
- Roller bed
- Caster wheels for easy placement where the winder is needed
- Operation by handheld, foot pedal, distance control or synchronized with other machines
- Powder coated in a RAL color as requested
